Rhodes is a native of South Louisiana and a graduate of Louisiana State University. Koeltl on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He has defended clients in complex litigation matters, including class actions and other multi-plaintiff cases involving complex factual issues, multiple jurisdictions and numerous parties. He has extensive experience handling cases involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, negligence, and other torts.

In addition to representing individuals in tort and commercial litigation, Rhodes has substantial experience defending public/governmental employers in employment related matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pay equity, wage and hour claims, and restrictive covenants. He regularly advises clients on employment policies, employee handbooks, and procedures for investigating and responding to claims of misconduct. He also regularly assists clients in drafting and reviewing personnel policies, employment agreements, and severance agreements, and provides training to employees and management.

The firm has represented numerous public/governmental entities read more in federal and state investigations arising out of the Enron collapse. The firm has also handled numerous civil and criminal matters relating to the sale of assets, including securities law matters, and investigations by regulatory authorities, such as the SEC and CFTC. As Robin lay dying, he spoke his final words to Little John. Despite all the notoriety and power he acquired over his lifetime, the one thing Robin wanted most in this world was to be with his friend. The words that Robin uttered in this passage reflect the true nature of their friendship, which was built upon the trust and respect that they shared for each other. They were a pair that were united in their love of the forest and of nature. This is the type of friendship that should be emulated in this world.
